Fish with Cheese & Tomato Chutney
Ingredients:
200gs of Haddock or any white fish, boned
and skinned and in fillets
100gs chutney
40gs grated cheddar cheese
Method:
1. Mix the chutney and grated cheddar together.
2. Top the fillet with mixture.
3. Cook in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the
fish is cooked.
